P & M Creations provides architectural services of structures or building such as Residence, Malls, Shopping Complex, Duplex Home, Apartment, School, Restaurant, Hotel, Lodge, Hostels, Factory, Hospital, Temple, Mosque, Church, Garden, Park, Swimming Pools, Play School, Home etc. Our Architectural services includes Floor plans or Floor layout, Interior architecture, 3D Views, Walkthrough, Interior design, Estimation and Costing, Municipal drawings or passing drawings. Along this, it also provides construction documents required for construction loan or home loan Sanction. P & M Creations also provide a wide variety of services including feasibility studies, architectural programming and project management.

The following is an outline of services offered by P & M Creations:

• Floor plans/ floor layout/ interior architecture – In which part of the building is your room? Get to know this by the floor plans/layout or interior architecture done by us, your architect. These plans are prepared as part of the design process, or to provide instructions for construction, often associated with other drawings, schedules, and specifications.

• 3D view/ Model / Walk-through – Want to know how your home will look after construction? Be happy! Because we, at P & M Creations prepares 3D view, model, walk-through to have you the visualisation of project.

• Interior design – Who don’t want to live in beautiful home? We are here at P & M Creations to make your home look beautiful and your commercial space like shops, Malls, Hotels, Restaurants more functional. This includes converting/enhancing the enclosed space into a more aesthetically pleasing environment without compromising with the functionality of the space. One’s surroundings directly influence the quality of one’s lives - whether in the work place, at home or the public spaces in between. Design is fundamental to improving the quality of life, and with an integrated and unified approach, it can become a total functional and living WORK OF ART.

• Costing & Estimation -How much it will cost to build your home? Let us at P & M Creations estimate and tell you about the total cost. Estimate for a building from approved Architect or Engineer is mandatory to get a home loan or Construction loan.

• Municipal drawings/ Passing drawings – Drawings of a project needs to be approved by the Urban Local Bodies Ex: Patna Municipal Corporation (Patna Nagar Nigam, PMC), Patna Metropolitan Area Authority (PMAA), Danapur Nagar Nigam or any Nagar Nigam and Nagar Parishad before construction. In some Case, Only Building permit is required. Feel this so hectic? Leave this up to us, we as an Architect will handle your passing drawings or Municipal Drawings and get it sanctioned/Approved. Municipal Drawing / Passing Drawing / Approved Drawing / Blue Print / Sanctioned Drawing is a mandatory document to be eligible for Construction or Home loans.

• Construction Documents – How will guide your contractor in construction? No worries! We, at P & M Creations will prepare working drawings and specifications. These are required to obtain building permits and bids, and to guide the contractor in construction.

Working drawings consist of following drawings:

• Structural design: Structure Design is the part where we design the strength of any building or structure. We design structure which is cost efficient and earthquake resistant as per Building Bye Laws and Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).

• Sanitary, Plumbing, drainage, Water supply and sewerage design (PHE)

• Electrical, Electronic, Communication systems and Design: Here we design all the complex wirings and systems that best suits you. Let it be CCTV, Audio Systems, Lights, Sensors etc. This is highly recommended for Commercial Spaces like Mall design, Shopping Complex Design, Auditorium design, Cinema Hall design, Shops, Hotel design etc.

• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning design (HVAC) and other mechanical systems: Confused about the requirement of AC and other mechanical equipment’s. Hire us we will calculate the head load and will help you with best Cooling technique and solution. This is highly recommended for Commercial Spaces like Mall design, Shopping Complex Design, Auditorium design, Cinema Hall design, Shops, Hotel design etc.

• Elevators, escalators, etc.: Calculation of Lift shaft, Car Size, lift speed, Escalators specification needs much more expertise than you think. We can suggest you the best in your budget. This is highly recommended for Commercial Spaces like Mall design, Shopping Complex Design, Auditorium design, Cinema Hall design, Shops, Hotel design, Home Design, Apartment design etc.

• Fire detection, Fire protection and Security systems etc.: Again, as per Nation Building Code, for few structure approvals from Fire Department is mandatory before construction. This ensures safety in case of any emergency.
